Rapid Enlightenment™ - Deposit and Cancellation Policy;
* Please make a payment in the amount of $75.00 Prior to your First Session through the "Payment Page."
* All Deposits for Subsequent Sessions will be at the rate of $2.50 per minute. After the First Session - You are welcome to receive either Empowerments, Healing or Counseling during your subsequent sessions, or any combination of these.
* You may cancel any appointment up to 24 hours before the time the session was originally scheduled for. Your deposit will be forfeit if your cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled session time. When you cancel within the 24 hour window prior to the scheduled appointment slot, it does not allow enough time to re-schedule anyone else for that slot, and it is potentially lost revenue to Yona Jyotiananda and to Rapid Enlightenment™.
* You have a 30 day courtesy period in which you must use all deposit balances toward a session once they are received by Yona Jyotiananda and Rapid Enlightenment™. That means that once you are notified by email that we have received your Deposit for a session, you must schedule that session to be held within a 30 day courtesy period from the date of the email, or forfeit your deposit. We are not responsible for deposits after the 30 day courtesy period. The deposit submitted by you (the client requesting a session from Yona Jyotiananda and to Rapid Enlightenment™) will not accumulate any interest in your name, or for your use during the courtesy period or at any other time. No interest will be paid to you on your deposits. Please understand that we are not a banking institution.
* All deposit balances must be used toward a session within the same calendar year in which they were received. All deposit balances in the month of December must be used toward a session within the same calendar year in which they were received by Yona Jyotiananda and to Rapid Enlightenment™, even if there are less than 30 days remaining until the end of that calendar year.
** Refund Policy: All payments and/or monies received, must be used for a spiritual healing, spiritual empowerment, or a spiritual consultation session within the 30 day courtesy period, and are considered final once received. We do not make monetary refunds.
** All written material herein (including the Spiritual Dove™ website in its entirety, and without exceptions) is the copyright intellectual property of its author and originator Yona Jyotiananda 2002-2012 all rights reserved. No permission is authorized or granted for the audio recording of these private sessions, nor for the transcription, reproduction, duplication, electronic storage, nor distribution of said intellectual property and material in any way shape or form without the expressed authorized written permission from its author and originator - Yona Jyotiananda with exception for the intended personal use of its intended recipient only, by said author.
*** You must "check" the "Terms and Conditions" box which is located on the "email Form" prior to your session with Yona and Rapid Enlightenment™, designating that you thoroughly read, understand, and that you agree to abide by all of the "Terms and Conditions" herein, prior to your session.
